Admission to the

NURSERY - IX, XI & XII(2025-26)
  • Kindly log on to www.sfsbahalpur.ac.in. The process is simple and self explanatory:
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the notice and on having agreed to the clauses, you are asked to fill in the Application Form online. Second Language once selected, cannot be changed later.
      No changes in Second Language will be entertained once the Application Form is submitted.
    • Before filling the form validate Date of Birth of the Applicant for eligibility. If the child is eligible you will get, Click to Apply button and you can proceed to fill the form.
      Fill the Application Form and proceed to make the payment (online) of Rs. 300/- for Application Form.
    • Having completed the payment download the submitted Form
    • On submission, a PDF format of the completed application will be generated along with the Fee Slip and you will receive an e-mail at the email address you gave.
      Note: All further communication will be sent via SMS and WhatsApp.
    • Get a print-out of the Form, together with the payment slip on a white A4 size paper. (Print Orientation: Portrait)
      The printed Application Form duly filled in along with the required documents should be submitted as follows. (Both the parents need to be present on the date of submission of application).
    • Having submitted the Application Form, the applicants will receive a WhatsApp message informing the Date and Time for the Interaction. Alternatively, one may also log on to the school website to know these details (use your Mobile number and Date of birth of the child).
    • We are pleased to hold an interaction with all the valid applicants (child with his/her father and mother). This will be 11th, 12th & 13th of November, 2024. Both parents only, no other person, shall accompany the child. Therefore, it is important to be on time.
  • Xerox copies of the Documents to be submitted along with the Application Form. (Please bring all the original documents for verification.)
    • Printed copy of the online Application Form duly filled.
    • A recent passport-size photograph of the student.
    • A recent photograph of the Family (Father, Mother and all children) (postcard size) is to be pasted on the Application Form.
    • Birth Certificate of the child.
    • Xerox copy of child's Aadhar Card (if available).
    • Xerox copies of the father's Aadhaar and Voter ID.
    • Xerox copies of the Mother's Aadhaar and Voter ID.
    • Xerox copy of the caste certificate (Child's or Father's or Mother's).
    • Proof of Income. (Self-attested).
    • Blood Group certificate (Photocopy).
    • Medical - Please submit documents if the child is undergoing/undergone treatment for Autism, Speech problem, Asthma and Hyper Activity Disorder.
    • Original Transfer / Bonafide / Provisional Certificate from previous school for Classes LKG - I.
    • Original Transfer Certificate from previous school for Classes II - XII.
    • Photo copy of the Migration Certificate (only for students migrating from different board).
    • PEN, APAAR & Shiksha Setu ID Number of the student for classes UKG to XII.

      • Note: The school management shall call for the original documents for the purpose of verification.

  • আবেদন প্ৰ-পত্ৰৰ সৈতে জমা দিবলগীয়া নথি-পত্ৰৰ জেৰক্স কপি। (পৰীক্ষাৰ বাবে সকলো মূল নথি-পত্ৰ লৈ আহিব।)
    • অনলাইন আবেদন প্ৰ-পত্ৰখন সঠিকভাৱে পূৰণ হ'লে ছপা কৰি জমা দিব লাগিব ।
    • শেহতীয়াকৈ ছাত্ৰজনৰ পাছপ’ৰ্ট আকাৰৰ ফটো।
    • পৰিয়ালৰ (পিতৃ, মাতৃ আৰু সকলো সন্তান)ৰ শেহতীয়া ফটো এখন (পোষ্টকাৰ্ডৰ আকাৰ) আবেদন পত্ৰত পেষ্ট কৰিব লাগিব।
    • শিশুৰ জন্মৰ প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰ।
    • শিশুৰ আধাৰ কাৰ্ডৰ জেৰক্স কপি (যদি উপলব্ধ)।
    • পিতৃৰ আধাৰ আৰু ভোটাৰ আইডিৰ জেৰক্স কপি।
    • মাতৃৰ আধাৰ আৰু ভোটাৰ আইডিৰ জেৰক্স কপি।
    • জাতিৰ প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰৰ জেৰক্স কপি (শিশুৰ বা পিতৃ বা মাতৃৰ)।
    • আয়ৰ প্ৰমাণ। (স্ব-প্ৰমাণিত)।
    • ব্লাড গ্ৰুপৰ প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰ (ফটোকপি)।
    • চিকিৎসা - শিশুটি অটিজিম, বাক সমস্যা, হাঁপানী আৰু হাইপাৰ এক্টিভিটি ডিছঅৰ্ডাৰৰ চিকিৎসাধীন/অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত হ'লে নথিপত্ৰ জমা দিব।
    • LKG - I শ্ৰেণীৰ বাবে পূৰ্বৰ বিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা মূল বদলি / বোনাফাইড / অস্থায়ী প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰ।
    • দ্বিতীয় - দ্বাদশ শ্ৰেণীৰ বাবে পূৰ্বৰ বিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা অৰিজিনেল ট্ৰেন্সফাৰ চাৰ্টিফিকেট।
    • প্ৰব্ৰজন প্ৰমাণপত্ৰৰ ফটো কপি (কেৱল বিভিন্ন বৰ্ডৰ পৰা প্ৰব্ৰজন কৰা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীৰ বাবে)।
    • PEN, APAAR & Shiksha Setu ID UKG ৰ পৰা XII লৈকে শ্ৰেণীৰ বাবে ছাত্ৰৰ নম্বৰ।

      • বি:দ্ৰ: পৰীক্ষণৰ উদ্দেশ্যে বিদ্যালয় পৰিচালনা সমিতিয়ে মূল নথি-পত্ৰ বিচাৰিব ।

      The interaction session for applicants and their parents will be conducted on the date and time specified in the downloaded application form.

    • (SELF ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FORM)
  • The selection is based on the interaction, verification and a lottery conducted by the Principal in the presence of the members of the Managing Committee of the School and other invitees.
  • The list of the selected candidates will be published on 15th November 2024 at 03.00 pm.
  • Admission will take place on 16th & 17th November 2024. (Fee payment online).
  • Please note:
      Going through the above formalities does not ensure automatic admission.
      Apply only if you have read the School Prospectus, are satisfied with the system of education imparted here and the admission procedure mentioned above.

  • Children must meet the specified age requirement for admission.
  • An interaction with the child and parents shall be conducted as a part of the admission process on a specified day.
  • Successful submission of the application form does not guarantee admission.
  • Admission of short-listed students is confirmed only by making the payment of New Admission Fees within the time specified by the School Authorities.
  • Admission shall be considered provisional till submission of required documents within the stipulated time marked by the School Authorities.
  • The school shall not entertain requests for change in names of students and their date of birth after the admission is confirmed, except in cases of spelling errors in names. In case of a complete change of names, the school shall accept the request only if a court affidavit supports it.
  • The school follows the no donation policy for granting admissions.
  • Admission will be given as per the criteria set by the School Management.
  • Parents and students are required to adhere to the school's code of conduct and policies.
  • Fees, once paid, shall not be refunded.
  • Scholarship in Class XI is granted as a two-year academic support benefit for Classes XI & XII. If the student voluntarily leaves the school before completing Class XII, the scholarship amount granted in Class XI may be withdrawn and payable with pending dues.

  • শিশু আৰু পিতৃ-মাতৃৰ সৈতে এটা নির্দিষ্ট দিনত নামভৰ্তি প্ৰক্ৰিয়াৰ অংশ হিচাপে পাৰস্পৰিক ক্রিয়া-কলাপ চলোৱা হ'ব৷
  • আৱেদন প্ৰ-পত্ৰ সফলতাৰে দাখিল নকৰিলে নামভৰ্তিৰ নিশ্চয়তা নাথাকিব।
  • বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষই নিৰ্ধাৰণ কৰা সময়ৰ ভিতৰত নতুন নামভৰ্তি মাচুল পৰিশোধ কৰিলেহে চৰ্ট তালিকাভুক্ত ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীৰ নামভৰ্তি নিশ্চিত কৰা হয়।
  • বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষই নিৰ্ধাৰণ কৰা নিৰ্দিষ্ট সময়ৰ ভিতৰত প্ৰয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র দাখিল নকৰালৈকে নামভৰ্তি অস্থায়ী বুলি গণ্য কৰা হ'ব৷
  • ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীৰ নাম আৰু জন্ম তাৰিখ সলনি কৰাৰ বাবে নামভৰ্তি নিশ্চিত হোৱাৰ পিছত বিদ্যালয়ে অনুৰোধ গ্ৰহণ নকৰিব। নাম সম্পূৰ্ণৰূপে সলনি হ'লে আদালতৰ শপতনামাই সমৰ্থন কৰিলেহে বিদ্যালয়ে অনুৰোধ গ্ৰহণ কৰিব৷
  • বিদ্যালয়ে নামভৰ্তি প্ৰদানৰ বাবে ন' ডনেচন নীতি মানি চলে।
  • বিদ্যালয় পৰিচালনা সমিতিৰ দ্বাৰা নিৰ্ধাৰিত মাপকাঠী অনুসৰি নামভৰ্তিকৰণৰ সন্মতি প্ৰদান কৰা হ'ব।।
  • অভিভাৱক আৰু ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীসকলে বিদ্যালয়ৰ আচৰণ বিধি আৰু নীতি মানি চলিব লাগিব।
  • মাচুল, এবাৰ পৰিশোধ কৰিলে, ঘূৰাই দিয়া নহ'ব।
  • একাদশ আৰু দ্বাদশ শ্ৰেণীৰ বাবে দুবছৰৰ শৈক্ষিক সহায়ক সুবিধা হিচাপে একাদশ শ্ৰেণীত বৃত্তি প্ৰদান কৰা হয়। যদি ছাত্ৰজনে দ্বাদশ শ্ৰেণী সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰাৰ আগতে স্বেচ্ছাই বিদ্যালয় এৰি যায়, তেন্তে একাদশ শ্ৰেণীত প্ৰদান কৰা বৃত্তিৰ ধনৰাশি উলিয়াব পাৰি আৰু বাকী থকা বাবদ ধনৰ সৈতে প্ৰদান কৰিব পাৰি।
